SPRING CUP 2012 applications are now closed.
If you have already applied and are paying by check please mail your check as soon as possible.

Your cooperation with this process is appreciated.

Please use the Schedule Change Request Form to request Spring League schedule changes -
   do not e-mail . This process requires two steps:
   1. Schedule Change Request Form - Part A - Remove game from the schedule - submit immediately
   2. Schedule Change Request Form - Part B - Re-Schedule (optional) - see below (1)

(1) Re-schedule information must be received by Spring Soccer no later than noon on the Wednesday prior to the requested re-schedule date.

IMPORTANT: please reference your Spring Soccer Team ID Number in all e-mails, as shown in the last column of the list.

We will address all concerns / e-mail questions as soon as possible. It is in the best interest of all teams for us to process applications and payments data before we can accurately address any questions.

• Spring League games will be played on Saturdays and Sundays from March 3rd - April 29th, 2012.

• Spring Cup games will be played on Saturdays and Sundays from May 5th - May 20th, 2012.

• There will be no games scheduled on Easter Sunday or on Mother's Day.

Checklist for Entry Into Spring Soccer 2012
1.	Fill out and submit a Spring League Application form
	- Final deadline date for guaranteed entry: Feb 6, 2012
	- Each team requires a separate application. - check the Spring League Fee Schedule to view the different Plans available Be sure to indicate where asked on the application those "No-Play" dates for which you do NOT want games scheduled for your team, if any. Upon submission, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the Manager's e-mail address entered; therefore please make sure this gets entered correctly. Verify that your information on the confirmation e-mail is correct; if it is not correct, then notify the Registrar with your corrections. IMPORTANT: If you successfully submit an application and do not revceive a confirmation e-mail within 30 minutes, you may have entered the Manager's e-mail incorrectly, or depending on your computer's settings, the confirmation may have gone into your spam folder. If you do not find it in your spam folder, please contact the Spring Soccer Registrar to verify the application and get all information corrected.
2.	Pay the Spring League Fee. Payments must be made online.

3.	If your team's No-Play dates change, you may submit a No-Play Dates Form up until Feb 6, 2012 at no additional charge. Please DO NOT re-submit another registration applicatioin for this - use the No-Play Dates form.

4.	Submit a Venue Form for each field that your club will be providing, and indicate on it which teams will be using that firld for its home field.

5.	Once the season starts, if you need to re-schedule a game or cancel a game you will need to submit a Schedule Change Request Form

6.	Fill in and print the Spring Season Roster Form and bring a copy to each game.

7.	Bond refunds due back to teams by June 30th, 2012

Note: if you registered for Plan A, Spring Cup is included in the price but you still must fill out a Spring Cup application to participate.

2.	Fill in and print the Spring Cup Roster Form and bring a copy to each game

Boys U10 and Girls U10 play 11 v 11 on the larger field for Spring League and Spring Cup
