Applications are now being accepted.
Application Deadline - Monday, April 5, 2010
To participate in the Spring Cup 2010:
- Play Dates
May 1, 2, 8, 15, 16
- NO GAMES FOR U16's
- U19's on May 1 due to SAT Testing

NO GAMES ON MOTHER'S DAY - Sunday, May 9

ALL TEAMS MUST APPLY FOR SPRING CUP TO GAIN ENTRY.
All teams entered in Spring Soccer are eligible to participate in Spring Cup. Teams not participating in the Spring Soccer Season may apply.
Fees for Spring Teams
If your team played Spring League
Plan (A) includes Spring Cup (No Charge for Spring Cup).
Plan (B) $125 to play Spring Cup.
Plan (C) $175 to play Spring Cup.
Fees
for Spring Teams If your team DID NOT play Spring
League
Plan (D) $225 to play Spring Cup Only. Plus
$150 Performance Bond (Conditionally Refundable)

Please complete ONE On Line Application below for each team and press SUBMIT.
- Spring Soccer will send you an auto respond e-mail confirming your application has been received.
Please go to the e-mail address you entered in the on-line application and print your confirmation.

Print, Complete and Mail the application confirmation e-mail with full payment to Spring Soccer.
