Spring League Fee Schedule

Below are the payment schedules for the 2013 Spring Season and Spring Cup
A discounted fee is applicable if payment (whether online or by check) is received by December 31, 2012.
Payments can be made online through PayPal
You do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal if using a credit card
Online payments will have a $20 convenience fee added to the total at checkout ($10 for Spring Cup)
